Can I get a refund if my child cant attend the Winter camp?
If your kid can’t make it to the Camp at all, we’ll refund the amount. But claim for a refund within a week after you regsiter.
What is required from my child for the class?
To get the most from Winter Camp, notepads and pencils are encouraged but not required. All things will be provided by AI Lounge. Questions and an eagerness to learn are also encouraged! 😉
As a parent, do I need to be present for the entire class time?
Not at all! Feel free to kick back, relax, and maybe even do a little online shopping while your kid is in class. However, parents are more than welcome to stick around for the entire class if they’d like.
How long is each class?
Winter Camp classes are 3 hours long. The camp will last for 10 days.
